131 Dartmouth Street

Located in a prime downtown Boston neighborhood, this modern architectural building is a compliment to the city. The project presented many challenges which included a very tight worksite surrounded by busy pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The façade was designed to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood. The building boasts decorative granite planters, masonry construction and a stunning granite entrance and lobby.

By extensive planning and meticulously scheduling of all deliveries, Phoenix was able to successfully complete the project while minimizing the disruption to the surrounding area.  Phoenix was formally recognized for their craftsmanship with the 2004 International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Crafts National “Best Brick and Stone Project” award.
